Dynamic Warm-up

Classes begin with age-appropriate games and exercises that build agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Warm-ups are fun and engaging, setting a positive tone for the session.

Self-Paced Technical Training

Our experienced instructors break down BJJ techniques into easy-to-understand steps. Students learn fundamental positions, escapes, and submissions appropriate for their age and skill level. We emphasize safety and control at all times.

Partner Drills

Students practice techniques with partners in a controlled, supervised environment. Drilling builds muscle memory and confidence while reinforcing proper form. All drills are age-appropriate and safety-focused.

Positional Sparring

Advanced students engage in positional sparring (rolling) where they apply techniques against resisting partners. This develops timing, reflexes, and problem-solving skills. Beginners observe and join when ready.

Cool Down & Reflection

Classes end with stretching and a brief discussion about what students learned. This reinforces key concepts and builds communication skills..
