It’s My First Time – What Do I Need to Know?
Amazing! No experience is necessary. Come try a couple of classes on us. Comfortable clothing, water, and a form of ID are all you need to bring. Call or email us to book your free trial.
What Should I Expect?
All our classes are beginner-friendly and open to all members. We start each class with a warm-up, followed by drills and techniques with a partner.
What Gear Will I Need?
- Trying out a class? No worries—we have plenty of gear to borrow!
- Adult Muay Thai: Gloves & shin guards.
- Adult BJJ: A Gi.
- Kids & Youth Muay Thai: Gloves, Muay Thai shorts, & a club T-shirt.
- Teens Muay Thai: Gloves, shin guards, Muay Thai shorts, & a club T-shirt.
What is Sparring, and When Am I Ready for It?
All levels of coached sparring are open to members. We recommend at least 3 months of training to learn fundamental techniques. Coaches will pair you with a similar-level partner and guide you through live drills to build confidence and skill.
Required Gear: Gloves, shin guards, mouth guard, cup (for boys), knee pads (recommended), and headgear (for under 18s).
What Are Open Gym Mats?
Open mats allow access to gym space and equipment, including weights, heavy bags, and pads. Stations are set up with training ideas on whiteboards, and instructors are present to ensure you get a great workout.
Are Private Lessons Available?
Yes! We offer private and group lessons, perfect for extra technique refinement or those with a busy schedule.
